Filter bag framework
Made by welding carbon steel wire or stainless steel wire, as tension component for filter bag during dust filtration.
Technical requirement
(1) Distance betwenn steel back-up ring
Outer surface of cage type frame should be at same surface as vertical wire matercial. Cage type frame is made of back-up ring and verical wire.Distance between back-up ring should between 150mm and 200mm, and be located evenly. The diameter of back-up ring material should be bigger than vertical wire material’s diameter. Some other frames have their special requirement, here do not note.
(2) Distance between vertical wire
For chemical fibre needle felt filter bag, distance between vertical wire should be not more than 40mm; For woven fibre glass filter bag, distance between vertical wire should not be more than 20mm.
(3) Welding point
Every welding point on the frame should be flat and smooth. Soldering and missing welding is not acceptable.
(4) Smoothness of surface
Outer surface of frame should be flat and smooth. Welding scar, uneven and burr are not acceptable.
(5) Surface treatment
Surface of frame should be anti corrosion treated, do electroplating, plastic powder or painting or painting according to different demand, such as use in high temperature, the anti corrosion treatment should meet high temperature requirement.
(6) Diameter tolerance
Diameter tolerance of frame should be negative tolerance, and be not 1% bigger than frame’s diameter.
