Qingming, one of the twenty-four solar terms, is the fifth solar term in spring. When the sun reaches 15° ecliptic longitude, it is clear and bright. During Qingming, the air is clear and the scenery is bright, and everything is visible, hence the name. Qingming is both a solar term and a festival. The ancients divided Qingming into three stages: the first stage of the Qingming Festival, the first stage of Tong Shihua; the second stage of the voles, which turned into scorpions; and the third stage of Hong Shi’s opinion, that is, in this season, the white tung flowers bloom first, and then the voles who like the shade disappear, and they all return to the underground holes. , and then a rainbow can be seen in the sky after the rain.
